## Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user or party responsible for the material, where appropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, and we may terminate access by repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

## Counter-Notification
